Hey! Did y'all notice that the comments are turned off to 'non-members'? 
Most of you do not leave comments anyway - and may not have noticed. I just wanted to let y'all know what was going on.
There have been some spammer-scammers-jammers leaving comments with links to bad bad places!! I was told 'it takes you to a place you don't want to be'.
Until the webmasters at Active Rain can block those scoundrels, it was suggested that we block 'non-member comments' for the time being - and this should put a stop to the scammers for now.
I'm sorry to turn off your commenting option for now - but it is for your own safety and the safety of others!

Hi Kara-It is too bad that it has come to this. I do hope they get it fixed. I only had a couple so far but I know others have had a ton of them. I do have a question. How are non-members going to see this post or haven't you disabled them yet? Just curious. :-)
It is aggravating. I was becoming super annoyed at those spam posts though. Hope AR guys can get this stopped soon.

Hey Kara, those were frustrating and jamming my inbox. I knew the gods and goddesses of AR would figure a way to straighten it out. Keep me posted!
The sad part is I'm upset with myself for not thinking of that quick fix myself. That was a very smart move that would have been a lot quicker fix than what I did.
