You girls (excluding Charles) need to try to curb your excitement over fit guys in Speedos.  I noticed you HAD to include the photos.  :)

Before you say it, I'm not a fit guy and you wouldn't want to see me in a Speedo.

thanks Ted.     Wasn't it awesome last night during the relay....he had built up such a lead for the americans that the cameraman had to pan back to see the rest of the field, lol.     that was great!

Amazing athlete...with a perfect body for swimming. They say he's 6'4" with the upper body of a 6'8" man and the legs of a 6' man, plus double jointed ankles and size 14 fins. And he consumes 12000 calories every day. Mind-boggling.

I know - the amount he eats is just ridiculous.  Just shows you that swimming burns ALOT of calories :)   Thanks for stopping by Vicki.

Harrison, You are very welcome.   It was just one of those things.  I literally heard the announcer say that...and off came a story!   Have a great day :)

Kara.. I think this blog needs to be updated.. to the BEST OLYMPIC, EVER.  I wonder what Mark Spitz thinks of this?  Has anyone interviewed him?

nbc did an interview with Mark via satellite feed, and he congratulated Michaal and all....but he seemed a little 'miffed' that his record was beat.
