OK I'm hungry. This sounds like a lot of fun. Hope you have a chance to hang out! Will there be chocolate?
You've got to love street fairs!
Especially in Carolinas where the fall weather is just perfect!
Kara, like Craig said the weather is supposed to be perfect this weekend. I don't know what happened, but it rained all day and we were almost blown away with winds around Columbia and Lake Murray yesterday. We actually had a fire going in the fireplace when the lights went out. That chili would have been really good! Have a great time!
Hi Kara-This sounds like a lot of fun. I love these types of things. Anywhere there is chocolate that is my kind of place. I've got to check out more happening here in Lynchburg while the weather isn't too cold. Good chatting with you and for stopping to see me on my posts. I appreciate that.
this sounds like fun Kara. I'll have to check out the scarecrows.
Kara-Another fun time in Aiken. I would love to be there for the chili cook off and the other exciting things too.
Aiken has the best 'block parties'! The weather was PERFECT...but I didn't make it there :( can't believe I missed another casserole sale, lol.
Just another reason Aiken feels like home :)
thanks for the comments y'all.
Scarecrow Contest? That sounds great - I LOVE scarecrows and decorate my lawn with them every year. Halloween is absolutely my favorite holiday and I love all things fall!! Okay, if I come visit Aiken, it would have to be next year for the Scarecrow Contest!
here's some more scarecrows for you Lisa! Happy Halloween! I'd love to see a pic of your yard :) I hope you are surviving the storm.
