Hi Kara-Apple pie ala mode-Oh you're making me hungry for that. Oh so good. I love going to things like that. I hope you had a nice Halloween and that you have a wonderful weekend. Take care and I'll be talking to you again soon.
Hi Pat. Thanks, I had a nice Halloween - had a party to go to! Hope you had fun too. And the apple fest was good - I got a small serving of apple crisp because I didn't trust myself to have a whole pie in the house, lol. (and I didn't NEED to have a whole pie in the house, lol) They had already sold out all the bushels of apples by the time I got there :(
If anyone is going to NC to get apples..... I like 'gala' apples, hint hint, haha.
OK ~ your pictures of food always make me hungry! That pie looks sooo yummy!!! Hope you had a great Halloween.
Hi Terrie - I was soooo hoping to get a piece of apple pie - but the apple crisp was delicious (just not the same as pie....guess I'll have to go visit my mom to get the good stuff, lol)
