I took the AARP driving course last spring to take advantage of the auto insurance discount. I learned, not only have cars changed, so have the rules of the road. It would be valuable for everyone to either get the driver's manual for new drivers or take a refresher course. I learned the free right turn, may not be free any longer and could earn you a ticket. The growing number of roundabouts and the unique guidelines when using them. The 3 second rule has changed for following, need I say more. SAFETY FIRST IN WASHINGTON STATE AND LIVING BY THE NEW RULES!
