You've heard the phrase ‘ Use it or lose it'....well, that applies to our brains as well. We have to use them so we don't lose them!! Scrabble is a great way to keep and boost our brain power J
Come out and have some fun with other Aiken area seniors, see some old friends - and meet some new ones!
